Terms of Service
Membership
Access is personal, revocable, and limited to the plan purchased. Do not share credentials, proprietary materials, alert feeds, or community content.
Billing
Crypto memberships are prepaid and do not renew automatically. A new verified payment is required to extend access. One-time products are delivered digitally.
Refunds and cancellation
Prepaid crypto memberships generally are not refunded after access is granted. To cancel future access, stop renewing before the next payment window—there is no auto-renewal. For billing disputes, chargebacks, or exceptional refund requests, email support@traderbots.store with your payment reference.
No execution or custody
TraderBots does not place trades, manage accounts, or custody funds. You and your broker remain solely responsible for every order.
What Market Agent is
Market Agent monitors markets and delivers structured setups. It is not an auto-trader and does not place orders for you.
Third-party dependencies
Alert timing and chart data depend on TradingView. Optional community and role delivery depend on Discord. Outages or delays on those platforms can interrupt parts of the service.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use the service to mislead others. We may suspend abusive or fraudulent accounts.
No investment advice
TraderBots provides education, software access, and community workflow. Nothing on the service is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
